Since opening in November 2020, Ramen Walker Kitchen has been proud to bring over 100 talented Ramen chefs to the store, giving customers a chance for face-to-face opportunities with the chefs. We will be celebrating the 3rd anniversary of Ramen Walker Kitchen this coming November.
For this event we decided to make the theme: "Ramen Museum ~Everything Ramen~"
This event invites people from across the globe to come to learn more and enjoy 'everything' about Ramen. Much like a museum, the event will have stalls that embody everything great about this wonderful cuisine. Not only is this a chance to taste some excellent Ramen, but special exhibitions and hands-on events will also be held. This is your opportunity to eat, see, and feel Ramen.

For 10 days from November 3rd to November 12th, special daily stalls will feature world-leading Ramen chefs that change every single day.

MAP Exhibition of Local Ramen from Across the Country & Ramen Goods Exhibition
This exhibition will feature panels with explanations and insights into over 100 different types of Ramen served across Japan. We hope you can learn and appreciate the uniqueness of Ramen that can be found in every region of Japan.
In addition, several items that are vital to the functioning of a Ramen store will also be on display. This is an opportunity to get a unique, hands-on look at some of the unexpected tools that Ramen chefs require for their dishes. A photo corner will also be available so you can live your dream of pretending to be a top Ramen chef!
Special Ramen Making Experience, taught by a famous restaurant owner!
Experience the world of making Soba Noodles, or Ramen Noodles.
One of the most wonderful aspects of Ramen is the surprisingly massive diversity that can be found in the noodles themselves. This event focuses on 'handmade noodles', and participants can actually experience the process of making handmade noodles. Better yet - you can also eat them!
The noodle-making experience will be taught by popular and famous ramen restaurant owners who truly represent the cuisine in Japan. Come to get a first-hand experience of the fun, depth and incredible flavours of Ramen.
